1. Membership and Eligibility: Every member must be service-oriented, disciplined, and committed to the values of the organization. The minimum age for active membership should generally be 18 years or above. Every member must submit correct details and valid identity proof during enrollment.
2. Enrollment and Documentation: Members must complete the official membership form and provide required documents such as identity proof, address details, and contact information. Any membership fee or renewal contribution, if applicable, must be paid through authorized channels only.
3. Code of Conduct: All members must maintain discipline, respect, honesty, and professional behavior. No member shall misuse the name, logo, platform, or identity of Maa Alei Seba Foundation Trust for personal benefit, unauthorized collection, or misleading activity.
4. Non-Political and Non-Discriminatory Approach: The organization shall work for public welfare without political, caste-based, religious, or personal discrimination. Members must not use foundation activities for political campaigning, personal promotion, or divisive communication.
5. Meetings and Participation: Members are expected to participate in meetings, awareness programs, welfare activities, and campaigns whenever possible. Repeated absence without communication may lead to review of membership or responsibilities.

9. Financial Transparency: Any donation, collection, or support amount must be handled only through official channels. Members are not allowed to collect funds in the name of the organization without written authorization from the management committee.
10. Termination of Membership: Membership can be suspended or cancelled if a member is found involved in fraud, illegal activity, misuse of organization name, misconduct, harassment, financial irregularity, or violation of the foundation’s rules and values.
11. Resignation from Membership: A member who wishes to leave the organization should submit written notice to the management. Before exit, the member must return all documents, ID cards, assets, funds, files, or materials belonging to the organization.
12. Final Authority: In all matters related to membership, discipline, activities, responsibilities, and organizational decisions, the final decision of the management committee of Maa Alei Seba Foundation Trust shall be applicable.
